If you click on the 'Deliveries' page on our website you will be able to see the next date that we are in those specific suburbs.
If your delivery area is not listed, but a suburb close by is, you may register your details with us, and we will contact you to let you know if we deliver to your area or not.
Otherwise please feel free to email / phone us if you're unsure.

Yes! We believe that our customers should have freedom of choice and flexibility when it comes to purchasing their fruit and vegies. That's why even if you register for our convenient online ordering, you are not obligated to order for each delivery! Simply order as it suits you. Click on "Register Now" to register your details with us, and we'll notify you of your delivery day. Otherwise feel free to email or phone us if you're unsure.

If you'd like to receive a delivery each time we are in your area, then simply email us and request that you'd like to go on our regular delivery 'Always' list! This means that you can receive a regular order of one of our mystery boxes, without having to go online each time. You'll still remain on our mailing list so you are aware of when we are arriving with your delivery, but there will be no need to contact us each time or place an order. If you're not requiring a delivery one week, simply contact us to let us know 48 hours in advance, and we will re-commence deliveries after that time frame.
This option is available for mystery boxes, not custom made orders.

The Vegie Man feels strongly about supplying only the highest grade quality 100% Australian Fruits and Vegetables to help support the Aussie trade and Australian Farmers. We will never supply imported produce to our customers.

The Vegie Man sources only the best freshest produce available from the Brisbane Markets and local growers, delivered straight to your home or workplace. If it doesn't look super fresh to us, we simply won't supply it.

Yes! Although we only supply the highest quality first grade produce, should you be unhappy with any items in your order, simply contact us within 3 days of your delivery to let us know, and we can replace that item upon your next order. Please be aware that like any fresh produce, storing your fruits and vegetables correctly will ensure you receive the best lifespan from them. If you're unsure on the best way to store certain items, please contact us. As all produce is sourced straight from the Brisbane Markets and local growers, our produce is the freshest quality that money can buy and we are committed to supplying produce that will keep in correct home storage for the longest time possible.

Yes! Our convenient online ordering system means you can create one 'custom' made order, and several mystery box orders all under the same delivery address and registration!

Our $25 or $45 mystery boxes are filled with our choice of standard fruits and vegetables in season to that value. We vary the contents in the mystery boxes on a regular basis so you are still receiving a change, although we usually ensure all the basics are there such as potatoes, carrots, lettuce, apples and oranges. You can also choose a mystery 'Fruit Only' $25 or $45 box for your home or workplace

Yes! Once you have placed your order, simply login again prior to the orders cut off time and you can easily edit your order to suit your needs.

The best time to place your order is after you have received your notification email (one week prior to your delivery day) and prior to the orders cut off day. 
All deliveries  need to be placed prior to Sunday 12pm of that week to receive your delivery on the Tuesday or Wendesday.
This time period to place your order ensures we can supply the best produce at the best prices for our customers.

No problem! The Vegie Man accepts a variety of convenient payment methods in this case. If leaving cash out, please inform us prior to your delivery where you will leave your payment and we are able to leave change for you also. If paying via Direct bank deposit, payment must be made prior to your delivery day.
We also supply your order in a sealed polystyrene box so your produce remains fresh and cool until your return home.

When choosing to Direct Deposit - if you will not be home for delivery payment is required IN ADVANCE to ensure we deliver your order for that delivery day.
